What material are the jewellery pieces made of?
Most of our charms and chains are made from stainless steel unless stated otherwise.
Stainless Steel is a hardy and durable metal so it should continue to remain magical for many years.
What chain lengths do you offer?
Each product description will give the chain options for that particular charm, which for most our chains will be 16 or 18 inches.
Do you offer custom designs?

How should I care for my jewellery?
We recommend giving your jewellery pieces some TLC to keep them looking magical and at their shiny best:
• Put your jewellery on after you’ve applied sunscreen, hairspray, perfumes and makeup products
• Clean jewellery after wearing either by gently rubbing it with a soft cloth to remove buildup, or washing with a mild soap and water and drying with a soft towel
• Store in a dry container, preferably away from humidity
• Avoid wearing while showering, swimming, or exercising
What are your dispatch times?
Your order will normally be shipped within 1 week from ordering, unless it is a pre-order item (see below).
How long will pre-order items take?
New releases or restocks are sometimes offered on a ‘pre-order’ basis where you can secure your order in advance. Pre-order listings will advise when orders are expected to ship.
Orders containing only pre-order items will ship on the date advised.
Orders containing ready to ship and pre-order items will be shipped separately at no extra cost.
How much is postage?
Postage costs will be calculated at checkout. We often offer delivery discounts so keep an eye out for these!
Your order will be sent standard UK class through Royal Mail.
And yes, we ship internationally. Items will be sent untracked unless you select and pay for a tracked service.

Do you pack & dispatch orders with plastic materials?
We have sourced environmentally friendly packing and postage materials, to reduce the use of plastics.
Your jewellery will come packed in a compostable envelope on a backing card, in a Making it Magical fabric pouch.
Your order will be delivered in cardboard envelopes or boxes with paper stationery and paper packing tape.
Can I return an item?
Your piece of jewellery has been carefully inspected when packed, in the event of any issues please contact us immediately at hello@makingitmagical.co.uk so we can evaluate and make it right.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you change your mind, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
